Connecting investors with local associations in service of the community
The Community Investment Pitch Day took place on February 19, 2026, at the auditorium of Parque dos Poetas in Paço de Arcos.
This initiative was part of the Oeiras Community Valley program and the International Year of Volunteering for Sustainable Development.
Several local organizations came together with potential investors and partners so that their social and community-focused ideas and needs can become a reality in the Oeiras region.
Our collaboration with Paço de Arcos Clube
We were invited by Paço de Arcos Clube to develop a visual presentation of their project to build a sports hub.
For an initial concept phase, we created 3D aerial views of the new buildings the club intends to construct.

One of the greatest advantages of architectural visualization is making meetings like this Pitch Day more dynamic and engaging.
When potential investors can “see” the final result through photorealistic renders and/or videos, it becomes much easier to understand the impact of the investment, anticipate questions, and align expectations from an early stage.
